The City is hosting a public event introducing the two final candidates for Austin’s next City Manager on Monday, March 25. The event begins at 6 p.m. and doors will open to the public at 5:30 p.m., and free parking will be provided.

KMFA welcomes the Butler Opera Center for a special preview of Tchaikovsky’s The Queen of Spades on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at 12 pm. The Butler Opera Center ranks among the top opera programs in the United States, and this concert is free and open to the public. RSVP to reserve your seat!

Come explore how the Equity-Based Preservation Plan could affect historic properties and give feedback on the draft plan. Staff from the Development Services Department, the City’s Heritage Tourism program, and Preservation Austin will also be present to provide information about review processes and grants.
